The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from Fistral Beach, 20 minutes walk to the the town centre (although there is a bus service right outside the door), and 10 minutes walk to Crantock Beach (via the foot ferry).

Short Breaks

Short breaks are available for any day arrival subject to availability. There is a minimum stay of three nights (except Easter, May Half Term, Christmas and New Year, minimum 4 nights and priced at £150 per night). Please check availability or email or call for further details.

Location

By road Newquay is within easy access of the A30 dual carriageway (twelve miles) which is served by the recently improved A30 bypass at Indian Queens, knocking a good 30 minutes off the journey time in the busy summer periods.

Newquay also has an airport (5 miles from the town centre) with flights from the UK between Newquay, Dublin, Luton and Stansted, along with flights from Europe being added as well. Newquay railway station is in the town centre and National Express Coaches serve Newquay too.

To book this property:

1. To make a provisional booking online simply check availability and the price by clicking on the link below. Our booking system is very easy and simple to use and it will prompt you through the process.
2. Only dates that are underlined can be selected as arrival and departure dates. For enquiries about other dates please email or call us.
3. To confirm your provisional booking we will ask you to pay a non-returnable 30% deposit (subject to terms and conditions) within three days by cheque, credit, debit card or bank transfer. Please note that credit card payments will incur a 3.6% charge.
4. The balance and a refundable damage bond of £150 will be due four weeks before your holiday commences. If your holiday is booked less than four weeks before arrival then the total is payable at the time of booking.
