Ocean one takes advantage of its elevated location on the Pentire Headland with stunning views overlooking the world famous Fistral Beach (one of the finest surf beaches in Europe), Towan Head and the Headland Hotel.

This brand new contemporary apartment situated on the second floor of Ocean 1 has been furnished to a very high standard and it is the perfect base for any holiday in Cornwall. 

Nearby areas of outstanding natural beauty include the Pentire Headland, The River Gannel, Crantock and Holywell Beach and, of course, Newquay Golf Club located just behind Fistral Beach. Within a few minutes walk there is a small shop/off licence. The centre of Newquay is a 10 minute walk, therefore close enough for those who enjoy the night life but far enough away for those who prefer to enjoy the beaches, restaurants and the magnificent coastline. Not very far from Ocean 1 is the ever popular Lewinnick Lodge Bar and Restaurant at the top of the Pentire Headland with spectacular views of the Atlantic. A short stroll across Fistral Beach takes you to the Headland Hotel featuring the Terrace Restaurant.

Location

By road Newquay is within easy access of the A30 dual carriageway (twelve miles) which is served by the recently improved A30 bypass at Indian Queens, knocking a good 30 minutes off the journey time in the busy summer periods.

Newquay also has an airport (5 miles from the town centre) with flights from the UK between Newquay, Dublin, Luton and Stansted, along with flights from Europe being added as well. Buses run from Newquay Airport to the Town Centre. Short Breaks

Short breaks are available for any day arrival subject to availability. There is a minimum stay of three nights (except Christmas and New Year). Please check availability or email or call for further details.

To book this property:

  1. To make a provisional booking online simply check availability and the price by clicking on the link below. Our booking system is very easy and simple to use and it will prompt you through the process.
  2. Only dates that are underlined can be selected as arrival and departure dates. For enquiries about other dates please email or call us.
  3. To confirm your provisional booking we will ask you to pay a non-returnable 30% deposit (subject to terms and conditions) within three days by cheque, credit, debit card or bank transfer. Please note that credit card payments will incur a 3.6% charge.
  4. The balance and a refundable damage bond of £150 will be due four weeks before your holiday commences. If your holiday is booked less than four weeks before arrival then the total is payable at the time of booking.
  5. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly before making your booking.
