Malpas, which has just been released for Summer 2009 after a complete refurnish, is a luxury holiday home situated on the Pentire peninsular offering magnificent panoramic views of the world famous Fistral Beach.  The accommodation is for up to four people with two bedrooms (one double and one twin room). Malpas boasts a private outdoor heated swimming pool and sauna (open May to September) which is shared within the small complex of Fistral Court.
 
Situated in an unrivalled position to take advantage of all that Cornwall has to offer, it is within easy walking distance of Fistral and Crantock Beach. A short stroll takes you to Pentire Headland, a perfect place to view the spectacular sunsets where you can enjoy a drink or a meal at the Lewinnick Lodge, one of the best restaurants in Newquay. 

With Newquay Golf Course and Fistral Beach literally on your doorstep Malpas is the perfect choice for a golfing holiday or a beach holiday. The harbour and town centre of Newquay are within a 20 minute walk away, while the rest of Cornwall is within easy driving distance for any explorers.

Location

By road Newquay is within easy access of the A30 dual carriageway (twelve miles) which is served by the recently improved A30 bypass at Indian Queens, knocking a good 30 minutes off the journey time in the busy summer periods.

Newquay also has an airport (5 miles from the town centre) with flights from the UK between Newquay, Dublin, Luton and Stansted, along with flights from Europe being added as well. Buses run from Newquay Airport to the Town Centre. To book this property:

1. To make a provisional booking online simply check availability and the price by clicking on the link below. Our booking system is very easy and simple to use and it will prompt you through the process.
2. Only dates that are underlined can be selected as arrival and departure dates. For enquiries about other dates please email or call us.
3. To confirm your provisional booking we will ask you to pay a non-returnable 30% deposit (subject to terms and conditions) within three days by cheque, credit, debit card or bank transfer. Please note that credit card payments will incur a 3.6% charge.
4. The balance and a refundable damage bond of £150 will be due four weeks before your holiday commences. If your holiday is booked less than four weeks before arrival then the total is payable at the time of booking.
